Precision Component for Stable Front-End Behaviour

The XRAY 302776 - X4'24 Front Right Aluminum Lower Bulkhead is engineered for consistent geometry and dependable assembly. Built-in centering pins make alignment during builds fast and reliable for race preparation.

Designed Anti-Roll Bar Positioning

Placing the anti-roll bar wire below the suspension arms brings down the centre of gravity and improves stability through high speed corners. The bulkhead also provides dedicated points to secure the shock holder and tune front flex.

Two Fixed Axle/Diff Heights for Surface Tuning

Featuring two solid axle/diff height settings, the part adapts quickly to differing grip levels. The lower position suits carpet-type surfaces while the upper works better on asphalt or other harder tracks.

By lowering the anti-roll bar and offering shock holder positions, the bulkhead helps shift weight distribution slightly lower at the front, which can reduce understeer and stabilise the car.
No special tools are required beyond standard hobby screwdrivers and hex drivers. The centering pins help position the part without extra jigs.
Improvements depend on setup and driver style, but the consistent geometry and lower centre of gravity can make the car easier to tune and more predictable, which often translates to better lap consistency.
Keep the anodised surface clean and check for burrs or nicks after crashes. Light cleaning with a soft brush and isopropyl alcohol will preserve the finish.
