Precision Component for Improved Handling

The XRAY 302777 X4'24 Front Left Aluminum Bulkhead is a finely made part aimed at improving front-end stability. Using Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium gives a strong, lightweight platform for race use.

Versatile Setup and Fitment

Centred pins simplify fitting and keep geometry consistent from build to build. The bulkhead offers shock holder mounting points to control flex and refine steering feel. Two selectable axle and diff heights allow you to tailor the setup to different surfaces, with the lower option for carpet and the higher for tarmac.

Lower Anti-Roll Bar for Better Cornering

The anti-roll bar sits under the suspension arms to reduce centre of gravity, which helps with corner entry and mid-corner stability. The black anodised finish adds protection and a neat aesthetic.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It fits standard X4 series layouts as supplied, but always check that your chassis revision and mounting hardware align with the bulkhead before final assembly.
Lowering the anti-roll bar lowers the effective roll centre, which can reduce roll and improve lateral grip in many setups. Combine it with appropriate sway bar wire thickness to tune stiffness.
Remove dirt and debris, inspect for hairline cracks or worn bores, and check screw torque regularly. Replace damaged fasteners and ensure smooth pin operation to maintain geometry.
Consider matched shock mounts, hardened pivot hardware, or adjustable turnbuckles to get the most from the bulkhead's tuning options without changing the core geometry.
