Refine your T4'16 setup with the XRAY 303065-O motor mount plate

The XRAY 303065-O Aluminum Motor Mount Plate is a precision component for the XRAY T4'16. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and anodised orange, it improves chassis behaviour while keeping a clean appearance.

Adjustable flex configuration

Choose between multiple chassis flex positions to tailor handling for different track layouts. Incorporated into the left layshaft bulkhead, the mount helps cut down unwanted tweak and stabilises cornering behaviour.

Engineered front mounting

The plate is fixed to the chassis with two screws under the layshaft and secured at the motor front with a button-head screw, reducing tweak compared with countersunk alternatives. For greater rigidity you may fit an M3 nut or add a countersunk screw.

Layshaft bulkhead flexibility

Removing the top deck screws at the layshaft section increases chassis compliance, useful for tuning grip and balance. The fixed bearing in the bulkhead keeps the unit dependable during competitive running.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The main effect is on chassis flex and tweak reduction, which can alter front to rear balance depending on the position selected. Make small adjustments and test to find the right setting.
Yes, the plate fits using existing mounting points so you can revert to the original setup if needed without permanent changes.
You do not have to, but pairing the mount with a checked layshaft bearing and tight fasteners gives the best results. Consider checking related hardware while you install the plate.
For smooth asphalt, start with a stiffer mount position to reduce body roll and improve turn-in. Make incremental changes to avoid overcorrecting the car's balance.
