The XRAY 305914 Narrow Pinion Gear is a finely made component intended to refine your car's handling and throttle response. Constructed from aircraft-grade duraluminum, it is 1.5mm narrower and around 25 percent lighter than conventional pinions, producing a noticeable change in rotational inertia.

Engineered on a Dedicated Gear Machine

Cut on a specially modified precision gear machine, this pinion benefits from close tolerances and excellent concentricity. Edges are chamfered for smooth tooth engagement and a hardcoat is applied to protect the surface under continuous use.

Designed for Quiet, Consistent Mesh

Compatible with standard spur gears and especially effective when used with XRAY spur gears, the pinion helps reduce throttle on/off noise and keeps drivetrain feedback consistent so drivers can concentrate on setup and lap times.
