For racers tuning their T4 2017, the XRAY 305919 narrow pinion delivers a light and robust gearing option. Fabricated from aircraft duraluminum, it is 1.5mm thinner and around 25% lighter than typical pinions, helping reduce rotational mass while keeping rigidity.

High Accuracy Gear Cutting

This narrow pinion is machined on a specially adapted precision gear machine to ensure excellent concentricity. All edges are chamfered and the parts are finished with a hardcoat to improve surface hardness and dimensional stability.

Spur Compatibility and Reduced Chatter

The XRAY 19T pinion meshes cleanly with standard spur gears and works particularly well with XRAY spurs to remove throttle on/off chatter, resulting in a smoother throttle transition.
