The XRAY 305975 Narrow Pinion Gear is aimed at modders and racers needing accurate, low-weight pinions. Manufactured from aircraft-grade duraluminum, it features a 1.5mm reduced profile and about a 25 percent drop in weight versus conventional pinions, while retaining durability.

Fine Tolerance Production and Coating

Produced on a specially adapted precision gear machine, each pinion achieves tight tolerances and high concentricity. The teeth are chamfered, components are run-in and a hardcoat is applied to increase surface hardness and long term shape retention.
