Produced from aircraft-grade duraluminium, the XRAY 305988 Narrow Pinion offers a slim, lightweight option for competitive builds. It measures 1.5mm narrower and is around 25 percent lighter than conventional pinions, reducing rotational inertia for sharper response.

Precision Gearmaking and Concentricity

XRAY machines each pinion on a modified precision gear tool to maintain strict tolerances and peak concentricity. After cutting every gear is chamfered and run-in to ensure correct alignment and long-term smooth operation.

Hardcoat for Durable Performance
