XRAY 321100 Chassis - Precision CNC Plate

The XRAY 321100 Aluminium Chassis is a carefully machined upgrade aimed at seasoned RC enthusiasts running 1/10 scale cars. Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the plate provides a good balance of toughness and manageable mass to aid setup work.

Design and Tuning Influence

The chassis dimensions and layout are tuned to affect weight distribution and flex, allowing tuners to use suspension and balance changes more effectively. The black finish is applied with XRAY's robotic in-house method to give consistent coverage and extra surface durability.

Machining Characteristics to Expect

A slight longitudinal bend can occur as a result of the machining process; this is a normal manufacturing outcome and does not typically reduce the chassis function or strength once fitted correctly.

The plate is compatible with many 1/10 platforms but always verify mounting positions and clearances; slight adjustments to spacers or screw lengths may be required for a perfect fit.
Swiss 7075 T6 delivers greater strength than softer alloys, offering improved resistance to deformation while keeping weight relatively low, which helps with longevity in demanding use.
Check hole alignment before final torque, fit mounting hardware progressively and address any minor bow with careful clamping or correct spacer placement to ensure even mounting.
