Durable Aluminium Motor Plate for Low Centre Handling

The XRAY 324015 aluminium front-mid motor plate brings a stiffer mounting point to your drivetrain, helping to stabilise behaviour on grippy surfaces. Its Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium construction is aimed at lasting performance and precise fitment.

Fitting Advice

Designed to secure the slipper clutch and gearbox, this plate should be installed with the corresponding graphite height plates and checked for correct gear mesh. Fine adjustments will help you exploit the low centre of gravity without introducing drivetrain bind.

Is special setup needed for carpet tracks?

On carpet, the lowered plate helps stability, but you may need to soften suspension rebound or adjust anti-roll settings to maintain smooth mid-corner balance.

Can this plate be anodised a different colour?

The supplied black coating is factory applied; any refinishing may alter tolerances and should be done carefully to preserve mounting dimensions and flatness.

Will lowering the motor plate require ESC remapping?

Electronic settings usually remain the same, but because handling changes with a lower centre of gravity, you might want to adjust throttle curves or traction control to match the chassis balance.
