Engineered chassis for improved cornering precision

Targeted at tuned racers and hobbyists, the XRAY 331104 Aluminium Chassis reduces track width to increase controlled flex, which helps tyres maintain bite through corners for cleaner exits. The slimmed profile also cuts the chance of the chassis contacting the track in mid-corner situations.

Premium Swiss 7075 T6 with precision work

Made from Swiss 7075 T6 and CNC-machined to close tolerances, this chassis keeps weight down while retaining key structural areas. Selective milling removes mass from low-stress sections and the countersunk, chamfered finish produces a smooth underside for less aerodynamic drag.

Lower motor placement and improved cooling flow

The engine area is machined to accommodate a lower motor position when paired with optional mounts, helping reduce centre of gravity. Cut-outs around the engine zone promote airflow to aid cooling during competitive runs.

Setup flexibility via inserts and weights

The chassis supports graphite reinforcement inserts and additional ballast so you can tailor stiffness, handling bias and centre of gravity for different circuits and driving styles.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Compatibility is intended for vintage NT series models, but double check screw hole alignment and mount clearances before finalising the fit.
Graphite inserts let you selectively stiffen the chassis, shifting balance and response to suit track grip and driving approach.
Start with the manufacturer suggested mounts and no extra ballast, test on a familiar circuit, then move weights or inserts incrementally to find the best balance.
Keep it clean and dry, avoid abrasive cleaners, and check for burrs after track use; light polishing with appropriate polish will preserve the finish.
