Swiss 7075 T6 Aluminium Base for NT1 Handling

The XRAY 331105 Aluminium Chassis is an upgrade tailored for the NT1 range. Using Swiss 7075 T6 alloy, it offers a stiff yet lightweight platform that helps drivers achieve more consistent handling and improved agility.

Front Stability with Tuned Flex Characteristics

The design widens the front for added stability and narrows through the centre to provide deliberate flex. This helps preserve momentum through corners and reduces mid-corner slow down for smoother lap entries and exits.

CNC Machining to Optimise Mass Distribution

Material is selectively removed by CNC to lower overall weight while retaining strength where needed. The engine bay is machining-focused to drop the centre of gravity, and reliefs beneath the motor aid airflow and component cooling.

Clean Underside and Setup Choices

Bevelled edges and countersunk fixings give a tidy underside that limits drag and snags. The chassis includes options for graphite inserts or added weights so you can adjust stiffness, balance and CG to suit circuit conditions.

Compatibility is intended for NT1 models using the standard chassis mounting; verify your kit's plate positions before fitting to be certain.
No drilling is necessary for normal installation. It uses the same mounting pattern as the stock NT1 chassis, though you may add inserts or weights for setup changes.
Begin with small incremental changes to toe and roll centre and test on a familiar track. Use graphite inserts or ballast only after assessing baseline behaviour.
