Precision CNC Ventilated Brake Disc for NT1

Built for the NT1 chassis, the XRAY 334111 ventilated brake disc combines precise CNC machining with a weight-saving drilled layout. The ventilation pattern helps channel heat away during repeated braking, while the machined braking face ensures steady pad engagement and predictable stopping behaviour.

Thermally Stable, Balanced Construction

Produced from heat-treated steel, this disc offers improved resistance to thermal distortion and maintains consistent braking under load. The balanced design reduces vibration and the ventilation not only trims mass but also encourages airflow to keep temperatures in check.

Specifications

  • Material: Heat-treated steel
  • Compatibility: NT1 chassis
  • Manufacturing Process: CNC machined
  • Features: Lightweight, ventilated design

Perfect for NT1 owners wanting a trusted upgrade that improves thermal control and cuts down on brake pad issues during regular track use.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Use a series of light to medium stops to gradually build a transfer layer on the disc surface. Avoid heavy braking until a basic mating layer is established.
When correctly machined and heat treated, the drilled pattern is engineered to reduce heat and weight without compromising structural integrity. Regular inspections are still recommended.
Check the disc for scoring and runout after several race sessions or if braking feel changes. Replace if deep grooves or excessive runout are found.
Very soft pads can increase wear and glazing on steel discs under heavy use. Choose a pad compound matched to your driving style and track conditions for best longevity.
