Front Differential Upgrade for NT1 by XRAY 335000

The XRAY 335000 Front Gear Differential Set is aimed at racers who want to dial in the NT1 front-end. The set supplies a composite differential case, cover and a 27T pulley so you can tune front traction and steering balance.

Engineered Pressed Steel Gears

Pressed steel gears in this kit receive heat treatment and precision machining to ensure accurate tooth geometry and reliable contact under load. That treatment supports long-term durability and steady performance.

CNC Outdrive Adaptors and Shaft Finish

Included CNC-machined diff outdrive adaptors are made from HUDY Spring Steel and the shafts are ground and polished to minimise friction. This attention to finish helps the diff react consistently across different race conditions.

Fitting and Setup Guidance

Supplied unassembled, the differential allows enthusiasts to choose fluid types, shimming and preload settings that match their driving style. Keep parts clean and use recommended lubricants during assembly to ensure best results.

Yes, the front diff characteristics will affect steering response; adjust fluid and preload to tune understeer or turn-in as needed.
After events, clean the diff, inspect for chipped teeth, check shaft finish and replace or service parts showing wear.
