Load-bearing parts such as the clutchbell, clutch nut, flywheel nut, and thrustbearing collar use HUDY Spring Steel to resist wear. The flywheel, clutch disc, and spring cup are manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, reducing rotating mass while keeping the components strong for repeatable performance.

Practical Adjustment and Stable Spring Design

The internal clutchbell and nut configuration eases clutch gap fine tuning, ideal for racers who change setups frequently. The Ultra Stable Clutch Spring is styled after the #348540 Conical Clutch Washer Spring Set and arrives pre-compressed to limit creep and preserve consistent clutch travel.
