Precision Left Aluminium Caster Block from XRAY

The XRAY 352226 XB808 Left Aluminium Caster Block uses Swiss 7075 T6 alloy and a protective hardcoat to deliver a durable front suspension component. It is designed to retain accurate geometry under the stresses of racing and repeated assembly cycles.

10 Degree Block for Tuned Steering

This left block is manufactured with a fixed 10 degree caster to pair with the XB808 front kick-up of 10 degrees, producing a total caster angle of 20 degrees. The setup improves steering precision and front-end feedback, with XRAY composite bushings ensuring consistent movement.

CNC Finish, Hardcoat and Laser ID

Precision German CNC machining provides tight tolerances and exact fitment, and XRAY applies a hardcoating finish in its automated facility for reliable surface protection. Laser-engraved identifiers display the XRAY logo, caster figure and left/right symbol so you can quickly confirm part orientation.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is tailored for the XB808 layout; other chassis may need adapters or different mounting points to accept this caster block.
Check the block and bushings after heavy meetings or any impact; inspect for wear, loose engraving, or bushing play and replace if steering becomes imprecise.
This unit is a fixed 10 degree piece; to change caster you would need a different block or an adjustable assembly designed for the desired angle.
Use the correct XRAY-specified screws and torque values to avoid distortion; confirm the L marking and recheck alignment after tightening.
Yes, bushing replacement is straightforward. Remove the retaining hardware, swap the bushings, and ensure free rotation before final assembly.
