The XRAY 352227 12° Aluminium Left Caster Block is a precision component for the XB808 chassis. Produced from Swiss 7075 T6 alloy, the block provides strong resistance to stress and wear. The hardcoated surface helps preserve dimensions and maintain consistent handling characteristics.

Geometry That Enhances Steering Control

The block's fixed 12° angle, in combination with the XB808 front kick-up, produces a 22° total caster angle that sharpens steering accuracy and improves directional stability. XRAY composite bushings support smooth steering rotation and reliable feedback.

Manufacture and Identification

All units are CNC machined in Germany to precise tolerances and receive XRAY's in-house hardcoat treatment for lasting protection. Laser-engraved identifiers make it simple to verify genuine XRAY parts during assembly or service.
