The XRAY 352303 XB808 aluminium front lower suspension holders strengthen the XB808 front assembly using Swiss 7075 T6 alloy. The hardcoated finish helps resist wear from frequent running while maintaining consistent geometry settings.

Geometry and Bushing Options

These holders include XRAY's Integrated Suspension Settings (I.S.S.) giving a 2mm roll centre adjustment range (-1mm, 0mm, +1mm). Reinforced eccentric bushings with 1 degree and 0.5 degree offsets provide subtle kick-up changes, and heat-treated suspension pivot pins are supplied for added resilience.

Manufacture and Marking

All components are CNC machined on German machinery to tight tolerances, then hardcoated in XRAY's fully robotic facility for consistent finishing. Each unit features a laser-engraved XRAY logo to show genuine manufacture and quality control.
