Hobbyists aiming for improved shock performance will value the XRAY 358027 Delrin Shock Pistons. Supplied as a two-piston set, they employ a two-way oil flow concept to better regulate movement on both compression and rebound strokes.

How the Two-Way Flow Works

The pistons feature five 1.5mm holes along with two 1.0mm holes so flow adapts to piston direction. When the piston travels up a rubber valve blocks two holes and oil is routed through the five larger ports; on the downstroke the valve opens and all seven holes contribute to flow. This helps stabilise the car during impacts and with softer shock setups.
