Improved Suspension Control for Jumps

The XRAY 358028 piston set targets drivers who want better landing predictability without heavy changes to spring choice. Made from Delrin, the pistons keep internal friction low and retain shape under repeated use.

Directional Flow and Valve Action

Each piston is drilled with six 1.3mm holes plus two 1.1mm holes to vary oil passage by stroke. A rubber valve blocks two holes on upward movement, while on downward movement all eight holes allow oil flow, producing softer compression and controlled rebound typical of two-way designs.

Accurate Form for Consistent Damping

Manufactured under controlled conditions, the pistons maintain circularity to ensure a consistent fit inside shock bodies. That consistency helps all shocks respond similarly, which simplifies tuning and improves stability on landing.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes. Swap oil viscosity and experiment with spring rates to change compression and rebound. The two-way pattern allows you to tune impact absorption separately from rebound.
Pistons can be replaced if worn. Inspect for scoring or distortion and replace the set if you detect any loss of roundness to maintain consistent shock performance.
