Front Dampers Designed for XRAY XB808 Performance

Replace or upgrade the front end of your XRAY XB808 with this complete big-bore shock assembly. The 18.5mm hardcoated aluminium bodies are externally threaded, allowing the supplied collars to be adjusted quickly for fine preload and ride-height changes. Silver springs rated at C=0.75 provide a well-balanced starting point for most circuits.

High-Precision Pistons for Steady Travel

Composite pistons are precision-made and maintain a true circular form to ensure smooth oil flow and consistent stroke behaviour. That precision helps reduce variance in damping and keeps handling predictable over multiple runs.

Strong Shafts with Effective Sealing

The 3.5mm high-tensile steel shock shafts are honed to a polished finish to cut friction and extend service life. The lower assemblies incorporate silicone O-rings and composite shims to secure a tight seal and reduce oil leakage and dirt ingress.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
You may need to tweak rebound and ride-height to match the increased damping capacity; test and adjust in small increments until the handling feels balanced.
The included silver C=0.75 springs are common for 1/8 front use and should be compatible with standard shock spring retainers and collars on most kits.
Look for oil seepage, increased stiction or inconsistent damping; if you notice any of these, replace O-rings, refresh the oil and inspect the shaft finish.
