This mount is designed for GTX8 compatibility. Verify your chassis variant, but it should mount directly on supported models without modification.
Follow the original equipment torque specs for engine and chassis screws. Use moderate torque to avoid distorting the mount while ensuring screws remain secure under vibration.
Surface finishing is possible, but avoid removing significant material which could alter fit. Anodising is fine but should be applied by a specialist to retain tolerances.
By improving engine mounting stiffness and alignment, the mount can reduce undue stress on adjacent components and help maintain overall chassis integrity.
