Advanced 1/8 Off-Road Buggy Body

The XRAY 359707 is an advanced body shell for 1/8 off-road buggies designed to improve aerodynamic balance and front downforce when used with a suitable high-downforce wing. Its shaping helps refine handling under race conditions. Around the engine it is formed to let the engine head extend through the body, allowing better airflow and helping to control temperatures during sustained runs.

Designed for Improved Cooling

The engine-area cutout is a deliberate measure to expose the engine head to passing air, aiding heat dissipation and helping to keep performance consistent during longer sessions or intense heats.

Compatibility and Simple Modifications

While optimised for the XB8 series, the XRAY 359707 can be adjusted to suit the XB9'13 with modest side stretching or trimming to clear side guards. Simple fitting tweaks will ensure the body sits correctly and preserves intended aerodynamic benefits.

Non-XB8 setups typically need light trimming around mounts or sides; inspect chassis clearance and trim conservatively to maintain the body profile.
