Upgrade XB4 Handling with a Precision Aluminium Chassis

Improve your XB4's tuneability with the XRAY 361113 aluminium chassis, built to offer durable, race-ready adjustments. The chassis supports both standard and short rear transmission placements so you can alter how the car rotates and exits corners.

Multiple Side Guard Mounts for Chassis Tuning

The layout includes a variety of side guard mounting locations to change stiffness and fine tune flex characteristics. Combined with symmetric flex behaviour and multiple battery positions, you get clear ways to adjust balance for improved steering, traction or stability. Machining around the bulkheads allows for diff height variation and fits XB4'23-24 models.

7075 Plate with Strategic CNC Lightening

Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 at 2.0mm thickness and precision CNC cut to remove material from low stress zones, the chassis stays strong while saving weight. The black finish adds corrosion resistance and helps the plate stand up to repeated race use.

It is designed for XB4 models from 2023 to 2024 and matches the mounting locations for those years; compatibility with older parts depends on the specific component but common XB4 hardware is compatible.
Start by testing both transmission positions with your current shocks and anti-roll bars, then tweak battery position to see how front to rear bias affects turn in and mid-corner balance.
The coating helps protect the aluminium from wear and corrosion during normal use, but check for damage after impacts and clean residue regularly to maintain the finish.
