XRAY 371011 Flex Chassis for X1'17 Performance

The XRAY 371011 X1'17 Aluminum Flex Chassis is manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium with precision CNC cutouts to increase controlled flexibility. Intended for medium to high traction tracks, it helps improve steering response and traction. For very high traction venues, the stiffer #371010 Aluminum Chassis should be considered.

Chassis Geometry and Mounting Options

Proven in Team XRAY competition use, the chassis offers a two-position pod link mounting arrangement. The outer hole is standard while the inner hole permits an angled pod link for enhanced cornering steering. A forward central mount plate position is also included to accept the new short shock configuration and refine handling balance.

Compatibility, Handling and Notes

This chassis is compatible with the aluminium pod plate #371148 and integrates into standard X1'17 layouts. Slight longitudinal bending can appear after CNC machining; this is a normal outcome of working with 7075 T6 aluminium and typically does not affect overall performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Choose the 371011 for medium to high grip tracks where extra flex improves steering. If your tracks are extremely high grip and you need a firmer platform, the #371010 is the better match.
Yes, the XRAY 371011 is designed to work with the aluminium pod plate #371148 for consistent pod alignment and secure mounting.
Machining and slight longitudinal bending are normal with 7075 T6 aluminium; these issues are cosmetic and do not generally compromise the chassis function on track.
