Fitment and Function of the XRAY 371156 Rear Pod Plate

The XRAY 371156 Aluminum Rear Pod Lower Plate improves the lower profile of the X10'18 chassis while adding robust support. Produced from 2.0mm 7075 T6 aluminum and CNC-machined for accuracy, it helps keep weight distribution consistent and presents a smoother base to reduce drag. Countersunk holes allow the plate to mount flush and avoid catching on track debris.

Compatibility and On-Track Benefits

Created for the XRAY X10'18 range, this plate is designed to work with the #371014 aluminum chassis and maintain original fitment. The 7075 T6 alloy provides strength without unnecessary bulk, making it a sensible swap for racers replacing worn plates or refining their chassis layout.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This plate is intended for the XRAY X10'18 layout and matches the #371014 aluminium chassis. Carbon variants may use different mounting geometry and should be checked for fit.
Thickness is comparable to common aluminium plates, so ride height changes are minimal; balance shifts are typically negligible but check setup after fitting.
7075 T6 can be modified with the right tools, but any trimming must preserve mounting holes and countersinks to maintain fit and function.
Inspect fasteners, countersink edges and the plate surface after each race. Replace any stripped screws and ensure the plate remains flat against the chassis.
