Made for the X1'20 chassis, the XRAY X1'20 Graphite Pod Link Plate uses 2.5mm graphite to offer a stiff yet lightweight mounting option. The extra mounting hole on the composite pod link gives more fixed positions for steering adjustment so you can dial in handling for different track surfaces.

Manufacturing Quality and Impact Resistance

CNC machining ensures the XRAY Graphite Pod Link Plate is consistent part to part. Countersunk holes provide a flush bottom that benefits stability, and the aluminium pod link graphite plate holder with centring pin helps keep the assembly secure during knocks and collisions.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Do I need to change other suspension parts when fitting this plate?

Not usually. The plate replaces the existing pod link plate and works with standard pod link components, but check clearances and link geometry after fitting to ensure alignment.

Changing the mounting position alters the steering link angle and effective ackermann, which can change turn-in and overall steering bite. Use small incremental moves to evaluate changes on track.

Should I replace the plate after visible chips?

Yes. Surface chips can grow under load and affect precision. Replace the graphite plate if you see any damage that could compromise alignment or strength.
