Indirectly, yes. By changing ride height and roll centre the dynamic loading on shocks and suspension pivots can shift, so check damper settings after major shim changes.

Are they compatible with graphite lower arms?

Yes. The shims are specifically suitable for placement under graphite lower arm stands as well as many alloy and composite mount plates.

Can I use these to adjust the rear ride height?

Potentially. If the rear mount geometry accepts a 4x6mm shim, you can use the plates there too. Confirm fit and suspension clearance before finalising changes.
