The XRAY X12'19 Graphite Battery Backstop is a finely machined upgrade aimed at improving chassis balance and repeatability. Constructed from quality graphite, it offers a robust mounting point while keeping mass minimal.

Incremental Battery Moves for Handling Control

With four mounting slots spaced at 2mm intervals, the backstop allows up to a 6mm forward battery shift. Those small increments are useful for dialing handling to suit different cornering speeds and surface grip.

  • Forward Battery Placement: Shifts load toward the front for steadier entries and fewer surprises over bumpy sections.
  • Rearward Battery Placement: Places more weight on the rear to increase corner exit pace, but it can demand smoother driver inputs.
