German long-turn machining with robotic measurement

Each shock body is CNC-turned on German long-turn machines to exacting tolerances and then examined by robotic measurement systems. Special emphasis is placed on the inner bore to maintain consistent piston travel and reliable shock performance.

Robotic colourcoat and final caliper verification

XRAY applies a black hardcoat using their robotic colourcoating line and custom-mixed colour fluids to achieve a uniform protective finish. Post-coating, every unit is verified manually with precision calipers to ensure compliance with dimensional standards.
