This aluminium 1st gear adaptor is a scale RC replacement aimed at XRAY NT1 chassis owners. The machined aluminium construction improves stability between the spur and pinion and supports consistent meshing in 1:10 on-road electric cars.
Targeted at NT1-spec drivetrains, the adaptor is intended as a direct-fit upgrade for original plastic or alloy adaptors without altering the gearbox layout. The red finish provides an easy inspection cue when setting gear mesh.
Installation assumes a degree of tuning experience: install in place of the factory component using existing fasteners, confirm concentricity with the motor pinion and spur gear, then adjust backlash and mesh as part of routine tuning.
