Aftermarket 2nd Gear Suited to NT1

This Arrowmax unit, AM-NT1-338522, is an aftermarket 2nd gear manufactured for the XRAY NT1 chassis. It is machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and treated with a hard coat to improve surface wear resistance over standard aluminium gears. The example here is the 22T option and can be swapped for different tooth counts to alter gearing.

The gear is designed to operate as the clutch/pinion component and matches NT1 spur gear profile. Installation follows the usual XRAY NT1 gearbox access routine, using the vehicle's original fixings and standard disassembly of wheels and drive parts for access.

Race use notes: tooth count selection changes the vehicle's acceleration and top-speed balance; increasing teeth favours higher top speed while decreasing teeth favours acceleration. The hard coat finish helps the gear retain consistent mesh during repeated practice and competition.
