Precision aluminium spring seat for NT1 dampers

The XN1-49/RE is a purpose-made aluminium spring bottom for XRAY NT1 dampers, presented in red to aid quick identification. It replaces the stock spring seat and gives a solid contact point for the damper spring during service and setup work.

Fitting involves disassembling the shock, removing the original spring bottom and installing this aluminium unit. The seat secures the spring and enables fine preload adjustment; small alterations at the base will affect initial compression and the vehicle's pitch under braking and acceleration.

Use the part as a stable spring interface to keep alignment true and to maintain repeatable preload between runs. The red finish is for visibility only and does not change spring characteristics or damper internals.
