Alloy steering centre for sharper handling

The Yokomo Y2-201LBAA Aluminum Steering Center Link is engineered to enhance the steering character of the YD-2TC chassis. Made from machined aluminium, this centre link provides a stiff, lightweight connection that supports precise steering adjustments and consistent track performance.

Better front-end engagement

With a modified Ackermann layout and a tuned front cutting angle, the Y2-201LBAA helps the front tyres maintain grip during cornering. This creates a more predictable steering response when driving at speed or under load.

Fitment notes for YD-2TC users

The link is compatible with MRTC-YD2 and MRTC-YD2CK chassis and mounts using the stock hardware pattern. Its aluminium construction offers a good compromise between strength and weight for frequent club or competition running.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Changes to Ackermann can alter how the front tyres scrub in corners; monitor wear after installation and adjust alignment to even out tyre life.
If you are comfortable with basic steering adjustments, you can fit this yourself. Otherwise a club mechanic can ensure correct geometry and setup for best results.
Yes. The Y2-201LBAA provides a baseline improvement, and you can fine tune steering angles, tie rod lengths and servo endpoints to match your driving style and track conditions.
Regularly check fastener torque and inspect for thread or ball stud wear. Clean and lubricate connection points where appropriate to prevent corrosion.
