BD9 front topdeck component

The Arrowmax AM-920023 is a 2.0mm aluminium front topdeck designed to fit the Yokomo BD9 FWD touring chassis. Its metal construction provides a controlled way to modify front stiffness while preserving the original suspension layout.

Placement is at the BD9 front stack where the topdeck joins the shock tower and front bulkhead. Fitting involves removing the existing topdeck screws and securing the Arrowmax plate to the BD9's standard mounting points, so extra fasteners are not usually necessary.

Fitting a thicker 2.0mm aluminium deck normally tightens front-end flex and sharpens steering inputs compared with thinner options, which can improve turn-in but may alter mid corner behaviour. Introduce the part gradually and test on familiar 1/10 touring layouts to measure its effect on handling and balance.
