The Yokomo D-057MA Aluminium Wing Stay is tailored for drift enthusiasts seeking controlled wing placement and repeatable adjustments. Its mid-height profile works with many body shells and the elongated mounting slots allow precise fore-aft movement. Machined aluminium construction gives a stiff connection without significant weight gain, letting you focus on handling and aero tweaks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is primarily designed for Yokomo mounts but the elongated holes may suit other chassis that share common wing stay hole patterns; check mount spacing before purchase.
The box contains one left and one right aluminium wing stay plus eight 2x6mm RH screws and eight 2mm nylon nuts for straightforward fitting.
After initial fitting, run the car at low speed and inspect wing angle and body clearance. Retighten fasteners once alignment is confirmed to avoid drift during use.
Keep threads clean and dry, avoid corrosive cleaners, and replace nylon nuts if they show wear to maintain a secure mounting over time.
