The SD-415SG steering block is a graphite-molded RC replacement that reproduces the drift package knuckle profile while offering a lighter option than some metal alternatives. The intent is to reduce rotating mass at the steering knuckle to sharpen steering feedback for drift use without altering suspension geometry.

This item is designed as a direct-fit steering block set for compatible DRIFT PACKAGE chassis. It maintains the stock kingpin location and mounting points so existing servo travel, ackermann and tie-rod lengths remain usable with standard drift steering linkages. Against Trail 1 steering blocks, the graphite-molded SD-415SG gives a faster steering feel suited to fine-tuning toe and steering throw for consistent slide control.

Fitment notes: remove the original left and right steering blocks, move across kingpin hardware and bearings if reusing them, then secure the SD-415SG blocks with the original screws and spacers. Confirm kingpin spacer arrangement and steering link bolt torque during reassembly, and bench-verify toe and steering endplay before running the car.
