Fit the Yokomo Y2-302S2A spacer to your YD-2SXIII to alter gearbox height and improve rear-end traction. The modification helps deliver more consistent tyre contact during drifting sequences.

Careful Manufacturing for Consistent Fitment

The kit includes a 2mm steel plate weighing approximately 17.8g, finished with a Yokomo engraving for a neat appearance. Also supplied are an aluminium plate and a top-deck shim to secure the gearbox front and ensure alignment.

Compatible with Other Series When Modified

Designed for the YD-2SXIII, the Y2-302S2A can be adapted for E series and R series chassis by using additional spacers, allowing it to suit a variety of build preferences.

How Geometry Alters Traction

By raising the differential, the spacer increases the universal shaft angle and shifts some mass rearwards. This change pushes the axle tip harder onto the tyre surface, improving grip and making throttle transitions more manageable.
