Move the ESC rearwards to balance your YD-2 chassis

The Yokomo Y2-REM-RA Rear ESC Mount is engineered to move the Electronic Speed Controller to the rear overhang of YD-2 chassis, adjusting weight distribution for better rear traction. This rearward bias helps the car pull out of corners with improved grip on low-traction surfaces, while easing load on the front tyres to reduce oversteer tendencies.

Practical effects and installation notes

When fitted, the mount typically enhances corner exit stability and allows firmer throttle application without losing control. Note that the Y2-RAC YD-2 rear A-arm conversion can interfere with this mount, so they are not compatible when both are installed.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks.
