RP Drift Wheel Tuning Notes

The RP-6313Y6 wheel is a 1/10 scale drift wheel from Yokomo intended to change contact geometry while delivering a high-traction surface for controlled drifting. Supplied in yellow with a 6 mm offset, this wheel is aimed at setups where lateral tyre position and scrub are being adjusted.

Fitment: produced for 1/10 drift applications and fitting standard drift hubs and rims in common use; verify wheel bore and hub hex dimensions prior to fitting. This product description does not guarantee fit with specific chassis without explicit hub size confirmation.

Installation notes: remove the existing wheel, seat the new wheel paying attention to bore and hex alignment, and secure with the original wheel nut or compatible mounting hardware. Check balance and for any unwanted play before operating. Use a threadlocker on hub screws if your configuration is prone to loosening, and inspect after your initial runs.

Tuning role: the 6 mm offset translates the tyre contact patch outward relative to the mounting face, altering track width and scrub characteristics. Adjust suspension geometry and toe to compensate and achieve the desired steering feel and slide sustain.

This wheel accepts standard 1/10 drift tyres. Select tyres based on surface and desired slip; follow tyre manufacturer guidance for mounting and glue choice to suit the compound.
