One-way centre pulley for YZ-W91-series chassis

The YZ-630W1 is a centre one-way pulley intended for Works'91 TeamSpec installations on YZ-W91 series chassis. Its internal one-way bearing locks during drive input and permits free spin on braking, which changes torque distribution and produces a different mid-corner and exit characteristic compared with a standard two-way pulley.

Fitting requires the YZ-631W1 main shaft for correct alignment and bearing preload; do not fit the pulley without that shaft. The component is supplied as an aftermarket spare for compatible YZ-W91TS and YZ-W91 platforms and should be assembled with matching drivetrain bearings and correct torque to avoid premature wear.

For setup, note that the one-way centre affects power flow between front and rear under acceleration and deceleration. Test progressively and adjust other elements such as diff locking and suspension only after assessing the pulley impact in isolation.
