The Yokomo YZ-MBCW is an adapter made to let a battery checker interface with a range of RC battery packs without changing the pack connector. It takes a Dean's 2P input and includes an alligator clip lead so you can probe pack terminals or individual cells.

It is compatible with Ni‑Cd and Ni‑MH cell counts from 1 to 10 and Li‑Po and Li‑Fe from 1 to 3, offering voltage readout resolution down to 0.001V. This makes it useful for precise voltage checks during setup, tuning, and maintenance tasks.

To operate, either plug the Dean's 2P into the checker's socket or use the alligator clip on the target terminal. Avoid contact between the free connector and conductive surfaces while a battery is connected to prevent short circuits.
