Organised Power Lead Routing

The Yokomo ZC-WGB2 Aluminum Wire Guide is a compact accessory to keep wiring neat when the motor, battery and ESC are spaced on the chassis. It suits drift and off-road cars where cable management improves reliability and makes maintenance simpler.

Configuration and Cable Compatibility

The unit includes two passages for battery cables and three for motor wires, compatible with arrangements seen on RPX2, BL-PRO4 and RS4 models. It is geared for 12 gauge cables at about 4mm diameter, including Yokomo BL-12WB1A series, providing a tidy channel for thicker leads.

Is this suitable for brushless motor setups?

Yes, it is suitable for routing motor leads on brushless systems provided the cables are 12 gauge or similar diameter. It simply organises the leads rather than altering electrical connections.

Can bullet connectors pass through the guide?

Bullet connectors may fit if their overall diameter clears the guide openings; check the assembled connector size before routing. In many setups uncoupled cable sleeving will pass through without issue.

Installation advice for long-term use?

Position the guide so cables are not under tension, secure with ties, and avoid sharp bends. Periodic inspection for wear at the cable contact points will prolong service life.
