Description and application

The Yokomo YOKSD008HG MR-4TCSD H.D Suspension Arm Set provides a heavier-duty replacement aimed at enthusiasts running the MR-4TCSD chassis. It is intended to fit into the standard suspension framework of that 1/10 on-road model and act as an aftermarket upgrade option.

Installation mirrors common replacement practice for on-road kits: remove the wheel, unbolt the stock arm from its mount, re-use compatible hinge pins and hardware when appropriate, fit the new arm, and confirm unobstructed suspension travel. Typical hobby tools suffice but always verify fitment prior to operation.

In tuning terms, replacing arms changes mounting geometry and stiffness characteristics versus stock parts, which can influence steering behaviour and mid-corner stability. After fitting, check wheel alignment, static camber, and ensure pivots are free. Use progressive testing to evaluate handling changes.

Standard maintenance applies: inspect pivots for wear, ensure fasteners are secure, and keep pivot points free of grit. This component is for RC use only and is not for real vehicle applications.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Compatibility with other MR-4-series variants depends on mounting dimensions. Compare hinge pin spacing and mount points before assuming interchangeability.
You may need to adjust toe, camber or roll center settings to compensate for different arm stiffness or geometry. Small incremental changes and test runs will identify the best setup.
Regularly check pivot wear, keep mounting hardware torqued correctly, and remove debris from joints. These steps help prolong service life when used in regular practice or track sessions.
