YS Engine YSE2132 Carburetor Insulator - Spare for DZ170 CDI  [YSE2132]

The YS Engine YSE2132 insulator is produced to suit DZ170 CDI carburettors, providing a thermal break and vibration buffer between the carburettor and engine case to aid consistent running characteristics.

To install, clean both mating surfaces, set the insulator between the carburettor flange and the engine mount, align the holes, and tighten fixings evenly to avoid air leaks. Validate the seal and idle behavior on a bench at low throttle prior to normal use.

While the insulator helps secure carburettor position and can support stable idle and mixture under load, it does not replace correct synchronization procedures or routine checks for fuel system leaks.
