Aluminium lower brace tailored to YR-X12

This aluminium lower brace is an RC tuning component crafted for the YR-X12 1/12 competition chassis. Using the supplied 2.0mm 70-75 duralumin plate, it increases lower-chassis stiffness while lowering the centre of gravity to enhance on-track stability.

The slim plate profile retains compatibility with narrow-diameter tyres commonly used on indoor carpet layouts, and its grip characteristics help cut high-sides on carpeted sections. On very grippy tracks the brace tempers abrupt steering bite, helping the car remain composed through fast sequences without extensive setup rework.

Fitting is a direct chassis-level replacement that alters front-to-rear flex behaviour; carry out standard maintenance and confirm screw torque after initial testing. Consider this plate when the car is too lively on high-traction surfaces or when a lower centre of gravity is desired for cleaner cornering lines.
