This gasket is supplied as a direct replacement for Zenoah G230PU pump assemblies and is provided without any packing. It seals the interface between pump housing faces to help preserve the fuel system on nitro models.
Ensure your pump is the G230PU type before purchasing to avoid compatibility issues. The product does not include packing, so either reuse suitable existing packing or obtain a separate replacement packing.
Installation notes: clean and degrease mating faces, remove old gasket remnants, align the gasket ports accurately, and reassemble using gradual, even torque on the housing screws to prevent warping. Avoid excessive torque and conduct a leak test before normal operation.
